SHIPPING

Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. You will receive a second email when your order has shipped.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer on ALL returns. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Northern/Remote Canadian Locations

For shipments destined for the Yukon, Nunavut, Newfoundland, Prince Edward Island, and the Northwest Territories, please email us or call us to determine a cost-effective shipping solution.

Damaged Goods

Please inspect the condition of your purchase upon delivery receipt and report any damage to the carrier driver for claims processing.

Back Orders

In the event that a product is on back order, Grab-it Inc. reserves the right to consolidate your order prior to shipment.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship items to a P.O. Box and require a physical address for all orders.

 

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Any defective product may be returned for a replacement. Defective product returns must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and a Return Authorization Number (RAN). No return shipments will be accepted without an accompanying RAN.

All defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. After 30 days, the purchaser must contact the OEM for corrective action. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge plus any return shipping/handling charges. All non-defective returns must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. Returns for any special order items are subject to the return guidelines and restocking fees specific to the OEM (manufacturer).
